How to prepare soft and fluffy Bhature?

In this blog post we will learn how to cook Chhole Bhature to satisfy your occasional special cravings for this North Indian amazing dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cup maida
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 8-10 spoon rawa
  • 1/4th spoon salt
  • 1/4th cup curd
  • 1/2 spoon Eno
  • Water as required
Let's start:
  • Add oil, rawa, salt, curd and Eno to the maida and mix well. Knead a soft dough.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.
  • After 2 hours take the dough and knead it again for few minutes. 
  • Divide the dough into small balls as we do for chapati  and put some oil on it to so that it will not stick while rolling and roll the ball in either round shape or oval (as you like)
  • Deep fry the bhature from both the sides on high flame.
  • Drain the excess oil and take out the bhature. 
  • Serve hot with Chole, achaar and lachche wali pyaaz.
